We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use dwellHQ, including your name, email address, and property details you enter into the app.

We also collect usage data such as which features you use, device type, and general location (country/region) to help us improve the product.

Financial data you enter (such as renovation costs, receipts, and income estimates) is stored securely in our cloud database and is accessible only to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve dwellHQ
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Send important service notifications (account, billing, security)
• Send transactional emails related to your activity on the platform (bids, messages, verifications)
• Respond to your support requests
• Understand how users interact with the app to guide product decisions

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Features

dwellHQ includes AI-powered features powered by Anthropic's Claude. When you use AI features, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how your data is handled by their AI service. You can review it at anthropic.com/privacy.

We recommend you do not share passwords, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information in AI-powered features.

4. Data Storage

dwellHQ uses Supabase for cloud data storage and authentication. Your account and property data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure, hosted on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit.

Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Your email address is used solely to deliver service-related communications.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Export — export your property data from within the app at any time
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Correct — update or correct inaccurate personal information
